Associate of Arts - General Studies
The Associate of Arts in General Studies engages the student in introductory courses. As over 50% of the required courses involve writing for persuasion and content, achieving effective writing skills is a major component of the program. In this program, students engage in a well-rounded general education.
Associate of Arts - Multidisciplinary Studies
The program provides the student with a core of general education studies in the Associate of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies program. An array of structured sciences curriculum or liberal arts is also provided for the students.
Associate of Arts in General Studies
The Associate of Arts degree is the first step toward completing a bachelor's degree for many students. The Associate of Arts degree combines general education and elective courses, preparing students to earn a bachelor's degree that can create a solid foundation for career opportunities and advancement. Students gain a broad foundation of knowledge that covers every aspect of general education, including humanities, communications, history, behavioral and social sciences, mathematics, biblical studies, natural science, and computer science.
