    The mission of the BA degree in Hospitality Management is to allow students to build on a core of knowledge gained through the associate degree in hotel and restaurant management, culinary arts, baking and pastry arts or its equivalent to develop the management skills needed for successful operation of a hospitality-related business. The online program has been structured to provide one-on-one communication with your instructor.
