The opportunity to receive a well-rounded education in the constantly evolving world of fashion is given to students taking the Fashion Merchandising program at the International Academy of Design and Technology - Online. This program can help to prepare students for exciting careers as fashion event planners, store managers, assistant buyers, and fashion consultants.Students will have the opportunity for hands-on experience in business, accounting and merchandising by studying the fundamentals of electronic marketing, visual merchandising, fashion design, marketing communication    and retail management. Students can learn to broadcast ads and design print, develop apparel, create fashion products, manage retail outfits, and promote fashion events. Students can learn on-the-job skill sets at an actual company where an internship is part of the Fashion Merchandising degree program.
