Bachelor of Science in Applied Studies at the University of Minnesota, Crookston degree is an individually designed program, planned to provide student opportunities that are not met by the University of Minnesota, Crookston's traditional degrees. In consultation with an assigned academic advisor, this degree combines the University of Minnesota, Crookston liberal education core of 40 credits a a first area of study of 27 credits, a second area of study of 18 credits, technology requirement of 3 credits, 6 credits of required Applied Studies courses, and 26 open electives. Including the 30 semester credits, a total of 120 credits are required for degree completion awarded by the University of Minnesota campus from which he or she is seeking to graduate. All courses must be selected in consultation with an adviser. All degrees are consistent with campus-wide standards for completion of a baccalaureate degree. |
