The Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (Eligible for Institutional Recommendation) has embedded practicum experiences throughout the coursework, requires a student teaching component, and, upon approval, will lead to a teaching credential in Arizona. The curriculum includes theories of early childhood growth and development,the impact of family and cultural diversity on early childhood assessment techniques, instructional strategies, and  teaching methodologies. This is a degree for students seeking knowledge and expertise in the field of early childhood development and teaching.
