The Master of Arts in Education in Special Education - Gifted Education degree is designed to prepare educators with the knowledge base and competencies necessary for the appropriate education of gifted and talented learners. Courses are offered online, streaming video, or CDs. The Gifted Education degree is a 36-credit hour degree program designed for teachers who currently hold an undergraduate degree in education and would like to further their education. UNK offers affordable tuition to out-of-state online students. For 2009-10, resident graduate tuition is $198.25 per credit hour; non-resident graduate online tuition is $323.75 per credit hour (fees are additional).
