Lewis University's Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Higher Education - Student Services combines a keen understanding of human behavior with leadership techniques and progressive management. This interdisciplinary program focuses on adult learning models and practices. You will study strategies in maximizing organizational change and establishing mission and direction. You will develop effective team building skills and learn strategies in planning, design, and delivery of student services as you explore systems and services in higher education. This master program will give you the opportunity to take on leadership positions within government, corporate, not-for-profit, and community organizations. You will be able to motivate and inspire your organization with the ability to apply creative and innovative problem solving skills. A part of this multi- dimensional leadership curriculum includes a three day weekend residency near the end of the program. |
