The program gives students the opportunity to learn the biblical foundations of leadership and the characteristics of a Christian leader and conflict resolution skills.

This online program is appropriate as an entry level and general professional degree in religion. It has been designed for men and women seeking an introductory graduate degree in religion and furnishes a strong foundation of the fundamentals of the Bible, Christianity, Christian theology and the Christian church.
