Northcentral University's online Master of Education (M.Ed) program offers M.Ed. learners with an opportunity to pursue studies in higher education. The specialization in Higher Education Leadership (LHE) is suited to learners who want to combine a strong understanding of current theory and practice in education and/or organizational leadership with their personal needs and career focus. Learners pursuing the higher education specialization are usually seeking to develop their leadership skills and/or desire to move into faculty roles in higher education.
