The AIU Online Master of Education degree program helps students develop a solid foundation in learning theory, instructional design and application of educational research methods. The program provides a solid foundation for effective educational practice and career advancement for all levels of educational practitioners, including K-12, higher education and corporate learning. Graduates will have acquired knowledge necessary to develop curricula to satisfy organizational, federal, state or other standards and objectives. Also covered is the use of multiple instructional strategies to present content, in order to address differences in students' learning styles and abilities. M.Ed. students pursuing the concentration in Curriculum and Instruction will provide feedback to students to enhance learning, learn to design and implement assessments of student performance and utilize appropriate techniques to motivate and engage learners.
