The program is designed for dedicated professionals wishing to build their credentials by learning to recognize and critique valid evaluation instruments, assess an organization's existing evaluation system, and manage an organization's evaluation system, including the development of certification programs.The AIU Online Master of Education degree program is a career-focused curriculum featuring an emphasis on the importance of evaluation systems and their effective organizational deployment. It features a concentration in Educational Assessment and Evaluation.Students who successfully complete the M.Ed. with a concentration in Educational Assessment and Evaluation will have acquired industry-current knowledge that focuses on preparing them to pursue such careers as: Assistant Principal (certification requirements vary by state and school district), Training Officer, Exam Developer,  Social Services Manager, Instructional Designer,  and many others.
