Erikson's new online master of science degree in early childhood education helps you do what you love to do, and do it better and it is designed especially for early childhood educators with at least three years of post-baccalaureate experience.This two-year program gives you a deeper understanding of how children grow and learn and of the role their families, culture and communities play in their success and development. It offers you membership in a community of practice where you can: develop and refine advanced practice skills; integrate and apply critical child development theory to your work as an educator;  and identify and focus on the aspects of education that matter most to you - as a teacher, a director/principal, or a curriculum coordinator.
