Bay Path's Master in Higher Education Administration is intended for administrators, faculty, policy makers, and leaders in higher education who are interested in enhancing their leadership and management capabilities.  The program combines courses specific to higher education with management coursework in leadership, finance, marketing, strategy, fundraising, and change management. The coursework focuses on the practical application of core competencies that are critical for effective leadership in higher education. The Master of Science in Higher Education Administration requires the completion of twelve, three-credit courses (36 total hours). All courses are eight weeks long and are offered online only. For individuals seeking preparation for a career in higher education administration, Bay Path College provides a highly flexible and relevant option.
